This is an invitation for those of you who feel a deep spiritual imperative standing at the heart and threshold of your life—that you’re ready to say yes to, that you can no longer ignore.

This is an invitation into a deeper conversation with Spirit—into the magic and mystery of your inner, intuitive realms.

This is an invitation into a sacred space of remembering who you really are, and why you’ve chosen to be here at this time.

This is an invitation for those of you who know—deep down—that it’s through your gift of sensitivity that you bring your unique medicine to the world.

The divine language is here and you speak it, fluently.

What this work isn’t:

  • This isn’t about fixing, advice giving, or adopting new strategies

  • This isn’t about adding more ‘to do’s’ to your life

  • This isn’t about gaining some ‘secret’ knowledge, or giving you something you ‘need’ that you don’t already have

  • This isn’t about telling you what’s right for you, or what your experience should look like

What this work IS:

  • This is about dropping deeper down into the landscape of your soul and allowing yourself to be led — to be lived — from there

  • This is about re-claiming your inner experience, your inner resonance, your inner fire, and living in full harmony with that resounding truth within you

  • This is about letting yourself be who you already are

  • This is about setting yourself free by living the fullest expression of you

Our work together includes:

1:1 high-level intuitive sessions which are intimate, spirit-led, divine conversations that include a unique combination of intuitive readings, intuitive coaching, and intuitive mentorship.

As an Intuitive Empath I work at the level of energy, soul, spirit. I read this energy and I translate it through me to you. The energy shows up for me in the form of visions, sensations, feelings, and direct knowing. (I am clairvoyant, clairsentient and claircognizant)

Sessions may include guidance around your calling, health, relationships, soul lessons, challenges, opportunities, etc.

This is a divine refuge where you feel safe, seen, and heard — where you feel nourished at the deepest levels, and empowered to embrace all that you are.

You’ll receive spiritual and energetic tools to support your Sacred Rising.

In our time together we will talk about things like:

  • recognizing and trusting the unique language of your intuition

  • recognizing how Spirit is speaking to and through you, so that you can follow it without hesitation and honour it as the wise inner council that it is

  • remembering to invite in Divine support so that you never feel alone in anything you’re navigating

  • recognizing the ‘energetic signature’ of the beings who walk beside you in full support of you and your life path (guides, angels, loved ones—your team of light)

  • recognizing the signs, symbols, numbers, patterns – the infinitely creative and beautiful ways Spirit is communicating with you on a regular basis

  • tips and tools for optimal living as a Sensitive and Empath (energy medicine practices, nervous system regulation exercises, etc)

***PLEASE NOTE: While single sessions are illuminating and supportive, the deeper shifts that lead to lasting change occur over a longer period of time through our work together. For this reason I’ve put together a monthly plan that can be stopped or paused at any time. I recommend a minimum of 2 months to start.
